Amanda Gregoire joined MassDevelopment’s Real Estate Division in 2020 and is a member of the Planning team. Amanda oversees the Site Readiness Program, manages Real Estate Technical Assistance projects, and serves as the Real Estate representative for the South and Central regions. Prior to joining MassDevelopment, Amanda gained experienced as the Senior Project Manager at the City of Worcester Executive Office of Economic Development where she managed large-scale Downtown development projects, municipal surplus property reuse, intermodal facility capital improvements, Downtown planning efforts, and guided various other programs, initiatives, and grants. Amanda has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Master of Public Administration from Clark University.
