Dottie joined MassDevelopment in 2023 and serves as Vice President of Community Investment, South Region. In this role, Dottie works with government entities, nonprofit organizations, and private developers to solve problems and administer agency programs and services including brownfields redevelopment financing, collaborative workspace funding and cross functional projects and initiatives in partnership with other agency departments. Prior to joining MassDevelopment, Dottie served as a Senior Planner of Economic Resiliency and Housing Equity for Old Colony Planning Council and Director of Local Leadership for the MA Smart Growth Alliance and a small business owner for technical sales. Dottie is passionate about collaboration to achieve goals that create vibrant, inclusive, and welcoming communities. Since 2013, Dottie has been serving the Town of Easton Select Board driving initiatives focused on business growth, affordable housing, healthy aging and expanding arts, culture, and tourism. Dottie attended New England School of Art and Design and Northeastern University.
