Alejandro Lopez

Alejandro joined MassDevelopment in 2019 and currently serves as Vice President of Planning and Predevelopment within the Agency’s Real Estate division. In this role, he supports municipalities by managing Site Readiness and Technical Assistance projects. His responsibilities also include expanding and chronicling the programs’ impact on municipalities and their communities through storytelling, as well as representing the team in the Greater Boston region. Prior to his current role, Alejandro was a TDI Program Manager within the Agency’s Community Development division until November 2024. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Master of Urban Affairs from Boston University.
