Robert Tufo

Rob Tufo joined the Executive Office for Administration and Finance in March 2026 as the Assistant Secretary for Capital where he guides the Commonwealth’s capital investment portfolio and debt management strategy. 

Prior to joining the Administration, Rob served as the SVP – Head of Projects and Investments, Offshore Wind, North America at RWE and CFO of Community Offshore Wind (a joint venture between RWE and National Grid Ventures). Previously, Rob worked in investment banking (most recently at Barclays Capital) and was capital markets and M&A attorney (most recently at Kirkland & Ellis).  

Rob earned a J.D. from Boston College Law School, and MSF from Bentley University and a B.B.A. from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
