Description

The 15-acre Industrial Area is planned for 120,000 square feet of commercial and light industrial development, with flexible lot and building sizes. Retail is not an allowable use. MassDevelopment is currently constructing a road and infrastructure to support light industrial and commercial development at the site. Water, sewer, electricity and internet services are stubbed to the site.

Carriage Grove is a new neighborhood in Belchertown with mountain views, master planned for up to 581,000 square feet of mixed-use development. The Carriage Grove neighborhood is currently home to an 83-unit assisted living facility and a daycare and is under contract for an additional 100-units of mixed-income housing.
