Carriage Grove is a new neighborhood in Belchertown with mountain views, master-planned for more than half a million square feet of mixed-use commercial, industrial, and residential development. The Carriage Grove master plan designates the site for multi-unit residential. MassDevelopment and the Belchertown Economic Development and Industrial Corporation (BEDIC) will work with prospective developers to determine the most suitable use for a given lot.
