Description

The 14-acre site fronts Carriage Drive toward the north end of the Carriage Grove neighborhood. The designated zoning of the site is the Business Neighborhood Center District, which allows for a variety of uses including residential, commercial, and industrial, as well as a variety of housing types. Interested developers may propose to purchase and develop a portion or the entirety of the site. 

Carriage Grove is a new neighborhood in Belchertown with mountain views, master-planned for more than half a million square feet of mixed-use commercial, industrial, and residential development. The Carriage Grove master plan designates the site for multi-unit residential. MassDevelopment and the Belchertown Economic Development and Industrial Corporation (BEDIC) will work with prospective developers to determine the most suitable use for a given lot. 

Water, sewer, electricity and internet services are stubbed to the site.
