Basin #5 Berm Maintenance
Project No. 26-013

MassDevelopment accepting sealed bids for the Hospital Hill Development, LLC, Basin #5 Berm Maintenance project in Northampton, MA no later than 2 p.m. Thursday June 25, 2026, at the Offices of MassDevelopment, 33 Andrews Parkway, Devens, MA, 01434 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Work includes clearing & grubbing, installation of a Low Permeability Core, restoring top of berm to original elevation and associated grading and landscaping as shown on the plans and described in the specifications. Contract Documents are being distributed electronically and will be available will be available at NOON on Wednesday June 10, 2026 by contacting: Christine Brown (CBrown@massdevelopment.com) or Joe Bisceglia (jbisceglia@massdevelopment.com). LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. MassDevelopment reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Award of the contract for the work contemplated by this IFB may be subject to the approval of the MassDevelopment Board of Directors.

Mirror Lake Parking Lot Expansion
Project No. 26-007

MassDevelopment is accepting sealed bids for the Mirror Lake Parking Lot Expansion. The project consists of the installation of a new pervious pavement parking lot adjacent to an existing parking lot at Mirror Lake in Devens, MA. Work includes clearing & grubbing, installation of pervious parking lot system, paving, striping and associated grading and landscaping as shown on the plans and described in the specifications. Bidders must be pre-qualified in MA DOT Highway Construction. IFB package will be available beginning Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at 12 p.m. by contacting Christine Brown (cbrown@massdevelopment.com) or Onix Castro (ocastro@massdevelopment.com). A pre-bid conference and site visit will be held on Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at 11 a.m. at the MassDevelopment offices, located at 33 Andrews Parkway, Devens MA 01434. Sealed bids must be submitted no later than 2 p.m. on Thursday, June 18, 2026 to the MassDevelopment offices, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. MassDevelopment reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Small Business Technical Assistance Grant Program

The Small Business Technical Assistance (SBTA) Grant Program supports Massachusetts-based nonprofit organizations that provide technical assistance and business support services to small and microbusinesses. Eligible applicants include certified Community Development Corporations (CDCs), certified Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs), and other nonprofit organizations with established community-focused small business assistance programs.

The program is designed to help nonprofits deliver services that strengthen businesses with fewer than 20 employees, and annual revenues of no more than $2.5 million.
For FY27, grants of up to $150,000 are available to support programming that promotes business growth, stability, job creation, and local economic development. Program goals include:

Capital Providers for the Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy Massachusetts Program

MassDevelopment is soliciting information from multiple firms to serve as capital providers for the Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy Program. Firms will comprise a list of potential funding sources for property owners who wish to participate in PACE Massachusetts.
