Basin #5 Berm Maintenance
Project No. 26-013 

MassDevelopment is accepting sealed bids for the Hospital Hill Development, LLC, Basin #5 Berm Maintenance project in Northampton, MA no later than 2 p.m. Thursday, July 30, 2026, at the offices of MassDevelopment, 33 Andrews Parkway, Devens, MA, 01434 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. A pre-bid conference will be held on site at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 21, 2026. Directions can be obtained by entering this address in Google Maps: 180 Earle Street, Northampton, MA (BASIN #5 is across the street). Work includes clearing and grubbing, installation of a Low Permeability Core, restoring top of berm to original elevation and associated grading, and landscaping as shown on the plans and described in the specifications. Contract documents are being distributed electronically and will be available at 12 p.m. on Wednesday July 15, 2026, by contacting: Christine Brown (cbrown@massdevelopment.com) or Joe Bisceglia (jbisceglia@massdevelopment.com). LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. MassDevelopment reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Award of the contract for the work contemplated by this IFB may be subject to the approval of the MassDevelopment Board of Directors.

Capacity Building “Train the Trainer” RFP for Providers of Small Business Technical Assistance

MassDevelopment seeks a qualified Massachusetts-based organization to design and deliver a Capacity Building “Train-the-Trainer” program for Business Support Organizations which service programs administered by MassDevelopment. The goal is to strengthen the effectiveness, consistency, and reach of services delivered to small and microbusinesses so they can more effectively start, stabilize, grow and access capital.

MassDevelopment is soliciting information from multiple firms to serve as capital providers for the Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy Program. Firms will comprise a list of potential funding sources for property owners who wish to participate in PACE Massachusetts.
