City of Chicopee - Downtown Urban Design Plan

Chicopee asked MassDevelopment for technical assistance to develop a comprehensive downtown urban design plan to implement over a three-year period in conjunction with EPA-mandated sewer system upgrades in the city’s West End. MassDevelopment engaged Utile, one of its house doctor consultants, to develop the final report.
