The Sturgis Charter Public School is a college preparatory International Baccalaureate high school serving Cape Cod. MassDevelopment provided a $6 million qualified school construction bond, a $1.75 million tax-exempt bond, and a $2 million taxable bond that allowed the school to expand its campus. Additionally, our Charter School Loan Guarantee program guaranteed the bank loan, limiting their exposure.
