The College of Our Lady of the Elms

Founded in 1982, the Trustees of the College of Our Lady of the Elms is a liberal arts college located in Chicopee. The College needed funds to build a 22,000-square-foot facility, renovate an administrative building, and refinance an existing bond. MassDevelopment issued a $14 million tax-exempt bond. And through collaboration with seven banks, we designed a financing package to fund the projects and restructure the College’s outstanding 2010 bond. Our Lady of the Elms is modernizing key facilities and its technology infrastructure to meet the educational needs of a new generation of students.
