Town of Barnstable

MassDevelopment worked with the Town of Barnstable on a redevelopment study for their downtown/waterfront. The Hyannis Parking Redevelopment Study looks at a solution that balances the need for ferry parking with the desire for a walkable downtown and waterfront that maximized development potential and the quality of the urban realm.
